Tiffany Mittal

Tiffany Mittal has worked in the multifamily real estate industry for over 13 years, both as an owner-operator of multifamily apartments and as an executive in property technology known as proptech. She has led massive growth in multiple proptech startups both in utility billing and payments technology. In 2020, she launched her own proptech start-up, Utility Ranger, a tenant utility billing software company. In 2021, Tiffany pitched her new startup to 10X Incubator, led by Grant Cardone and Jared Yellin, and they offered her a deal of a lifetime on the spot. Now partnered with the 10X Incubator team, powered by Project 10K, Tiffany launched her new proptech startup with her partners in February 2023. Tiffany and her husband Mark recently relocated to Stuart, Florida and have four beautiful children, Mason (11), Reagan (8), Mark (4) and ‘Baby’ Monroe (6 months).
